Staffing Update

Dear Families,

It is with mixed emotions that I announce that effective February 1, 2022 I will be moving on to Viscount Montgomery as their new Principal. Cootes Paradise has been my home for the last four years and it has been extremely enjoyable. I’m excited to begin my new journey but I am sad to be leaving such an amazing group of students, staff and families.

I want to thank each and every one of you for all your support, and for entrusting me with your children for the past four years. I am honored and feel so fortunate to have been given the opportunity to be part of the Cootes Paradise Community. I have so many wonderful memories of my time at Cootes and I am sad to say goodbye. During my time here, I have built relationships with many of you and I will cherish the memories and friendships I’ve made during my time. Cootes Paradise will always remain a very special place for me.

The hardest part of leaving is saying goodbye to the children. I have grown so attached to them over the years. I have loved watching them grow up into amazing young people.

Please know that my focus during my remaining weeks will continue to be with my Cootes family.
