School Access on June 28 & 29

Dear families 

Thank you for your patience as we finalized the details for retrieving your child’s items and for returning loaned school devices and resources.  Please listen to the following information carefully: 

On Monday June 28th and Tuesday June 29th, families will have the opportunity to retrieve their child’s items.  Each grade will be scheduled at a specific one hour time interval.  The schedule will be posted on our website by Thursday June 24th and will also be communicated by your child’s teacher.

Location Pick Up 

Pick up will occur in the back playground area.  In order to maintain physical distancing expectations, we ask that only one adult household family member accompany the child to the school at their scheduled time.  Upon arrival, please look for the signage for your child’s class.  Student items will be bagged and labelled.   

At this time, students should also return: 

• Any school resources (text books) 
• School loaned ipads, chargers and cables 
• SEA equipment (if applicable) 

Alternate Pick up Times 

Items will only be distributed on Monday June 28th and Tuesday June 29th.   If you require an alternate time on those days, please email your homeroom teacher with your request.
