Social Media Presentation for our Grade 4 & 5 students

Dear families,

Social Media is present in our daily lives and with more and more students joining various platforms, we have identified this as an important topic among our grade 4-5 students relating to social media safety and cyberbullying.

On March 29th, we welcome Paul Davies as our virtual guest speaker who is well known for his work in this area.  He has been featured on CBC and has presented across Canada as well.  Here is a link to his page: https://socialnetworkingsafety.net/sample-page/ .

If you would prefer that your child in grade 4 or 5 does not participate in this presentation, please let your child’s teacher know.
