Cootes Updates
Just a couple of updates to our Cootes Families:
Morning Drop off and Afternoon Pick Up: As we know, Hamilton has entered into the Red Zone. We are enforcing all of our safety protocols for the health and safety of all our staff, students and parent community. Just a reminder that physical distancing is required. This means that during morning drop off and during afternoon pick up, parents are asked to drop off or pick up there child and exit the school vicinity immediately. For the safety of everyone around you and in respect of the current bylaws, please do not congregate on the walkways or sidewalks.
Monthly Theme Days: We will be beginning monthly spirit days in order to support some fun with our students. Each class is being invited to propose a theme for the month. Mr Persaud’s class will be starting off our first theme day which will take place this Thursday, November 26th, and it will be PJ Day – please do not send your child to school with blankets, stuffies etc – just PJs.
PA Day: Friday, November 27th is a PA Day. There will be no school for children on this day.
