The City of Hamilton has no mulch available to refresh areas of our playground this month.  We anticipate the delivery of mulch in September/October of this year.  Members of Cootes Paradise School Council Naturalized Playground Committee will reach out to the parent community in the fall to seek assistance to spread the mulch to areas of the playground that require it.  Many thanks to Home & School Association for their recent funding of the delivery of fresh soil to large areas of our playground, new sand for the kindergarten area, and professional pruning of our newer tender trees.  With the on-going support of the Cootes parent community, our playground will continue to be enjoyed by many for years to come!
