Happy to be at Cootes Paradise!!

I am very excited about beginning my new role as Principal of Cootes Paradise School. Over the past week I have had the pleasure of meeting our wonderful staff and students.  I am also looking forward to meeting as many parents and caregivers as possible over the coming weeks. Please say hi and introduce yourself if you are at the school!

Teaching and school leadership is a profession I thoroughly enjoy and feel passionate about. Please know that students are always front and center and every decision I make will be to have your child achieve their full learning potential. As our students come to school each day, my goals are to ensure that your child:

• feels safe and happy at school;
• is part of a productive learning environment where staff are engaged in ongoing learning to provide appropriate and innovative teaching and learning experiences;
• works towards their academic potential; and
• develops social skills that allow them to interact with others in a positive manner.

I am eager to work together to build a positive relationship between all staff, students and parents to make an amazing school year.
