Pizza and Pita Forms

Pizza and Pita forms have been distributed for Term 2.  Please remember that you must complete the Pita Order Form as well as the payment form if ordering a pita.  Please note that there is an error on Combo D – the cost is $45 – (A + C).  School Cash Online reflects the correct amount but if paying by check or cash please pay the correct amount.  Thanks you from your Home & School volunteers.
