Parking Lot Reminder

Good morning Billy Green Community

This is a reminder in support of safety.  Our school parking lot is one way only.  There have been a number of vehicles that are using the parking lot as a two way entry and exit during drop off and pick up.  This is not safe.

All vehicles are to enter on the far northwest side of the parking lot (closest to the townhomes) and are to exit on the south side (closest to the FDK area).  There is NO two way travelling in the parking lot.  While I understand that everyone wants to enter and exit as quickly as possible, this cannot override the safety of our community.  All families must abide by the one way flow and direction signs.

In addition, as was communicated earlier in the year, there should be NO cars accessing the parking lot for morning entry or afterschool pick up.  If you are choosing to drop off or pick up your students, please do so on a available community street. While it is convenient to access the parking lot, we have a number of staff and students who use this space and need to do so in a way where they are safe.  The parking lot is not a kiss and drop.  Safety cannot be compromised.
