Important Forms for your Attention

Hello Billy Green Families,

We are looking to draw your attention to the following forms:

Media Consent Required: Every year, parents/guardians are required to give consent for their child(ren)’s photos/videos to be disclosed to the school/board media sites.  This consent can be made in the Parent Portal.  Please log in to click on whether or not you provide consent.  If you would like a hard copy, please let us know and we can send this home with your child.

Grade 7 and 8 Year end Trip Survey:  If you have a child in grade 7 or 8, you would have received a green letter asking you to provide your opinion on the type of year end trip you would prefer for your child.  We ask that you please indicate your preference and return this to the homeroom teacher no later than September 26th.  Your voice will be used to support our planning and to ensure maximum participation.

Grade 6, 7, 8 Going out for Nutrition Break:  If you have a child in grade 6, 7 or 8, you will be receiving a yellow letter on which you would provide your consent for them to go out for lunch during second nutrition break.  The form must be returned no later than September 18th.  Going out for lunch would begin September 26th.

Upcoming Important Dates: A reminder of our Meet the Staff event taking place on Wednesday September 10th from 5-6pm.
