Recess Update
BG Families,
This afternoon we shared our updated recess plan with our in-person students.
When it is time to enter the building (before school and after recess)
– classes in portables will line up at the door to their portable
– class 4A in Rm135B will line up at the end school door
– classes on the main floor hall will line up near the front door
– classes in the upstairs hall will line up on the basketball court
Teachers will let the classes into the portables/school in an orderly manner.

When it is time to leave the building (at recess and at the end of the day)
Classes will be dismissed from these same doors for recess and at the end of the school day.

Recess
For recess there are 3 large zones for the classes as shown on our map, allowing for lots of space for students.
We know our students are excited to be able to play with some of their friends from other classes after being in class cohorts.

We will review this information with students March 21 and continue to support them with this new plan.
