Free Formal Wear for Students!
Prom Project Hamilton is happening on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School (1715 Main St. E., Hamilton). This annual “pop‑up style” event provides HWDSB students with the opportunity to select free formal wear for proms, graduations, banquets, and other special events.
The event is open to all HWDSB students.
What To Expect
Students may select one complete outfit at no cost
Additional outfits can be purchased with a $20 donation
Onsite alterations will be available for minor adjustments (as time allows)
Three change-room areas will be available:

Because the inventory is donation-based, sizes, colours, and styles will vary.
Students must register for an appointment time in advance.
Registration is first‑come, first‑served and closes on March 25, 2026.
