1. Lynwood Charlton Centre is now the single point of access for child and youth mental health in Hamilton effective Jan. 1, 2024. It replaces Contact Hamilton. Referrals can be made online or by calling 905-389-1361 Mon-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. https://lynwoodcharlton.ca/make-a-referral/
2. Child and Adolescent Services (Public Health). A) Ongoing counselling & therapy services. Requires a referral via Lynwood Charlton centre. 3. One Stop Talk is an online counselling resource available to children and youth aged 0-17yrs. Call: 1-855-416-8255

Students can walk in, grab some breakfast and hangout for a bit or take their breakfast to school.

Serving eggs, cereal, toast, fruit and more. This program is completely free.
