School Message Regarding Bus Delays

Hello,

I know many families that rely on the school bus are frustrated with the current delays. To compound frustration with the broader driver delay situation, I know many families are extremely concerned about the inaccurate information being posted on the HWSTS website regarding the delays.

I share your frustration as the school relies on the same posted delay information that families do. During a bus delay, we prioritize student supervision and do not have the staff available to answer the phone during this time.

While I continue to advocate for up to date delay information to be posted on the hamiltonschoolbus.ca website, the school will start to post us delay information on our school Twitter account @ancastermeadow  This will be the quickest way for the school to communicate with a large number of families.
