Update

Dear Ancaster Meadow Families, 

We look forward to seeing you for your interview this week. If you haven’t already booked an interview with your child’s teacher, and you would like to, please reach out to them via email. A reminder that Friday is a PD Day for students. The Lost & Found has grown exponentially. Please take a moment to peruse the collection when you’re in for your interview. Items will be donated to a local women’s shelter at the end of December. 

Our Poinsettia Fundraiser begins this week. Orders are due by November 22nd through School Cash Online. Please see the Poinsettia Post.  

Our school has been partnered with Queen Mary Elementary School to collect toiletries in support of their school community. Please see the Toiletries Drive Post. Our JSA Kindergarten Class is leading this initiative!  

I’m happy to report that our parking lot has been a much safer place for everyone. Thank you for respecting the closed times and for putting student safety first. Our Crossing Guard, Mr. Tim, is greeted by so many students – this is a lovely way to start the day, and a wonderful example of how polite and welcoming our students are. 

We’re also pleased to see that student spectators at sporting events have been supervised by a parent. This is the expectation for all sporting events. 

We look forward to our upcoming Parent Council and Home & School meetings on November 29th at 6:30 pm in our school learning commons. All are welcome!
