End of Year Communication 2023

As we come to the end of another positive and exciting year at Ancaster Meadow, we would like to share some important information and dates with our families.  

Report Cards  

Report cards will be sent home with students on Tuesday, June 27th. The last school day for students is Wednesday, June 28th.   

Class Placements for September 2023  

It is important for families to know that the caring staff at Ancaster Meadow School engage in a lengthy and thoughtful process to determine class placements that will support student success and achievement. Many factors, including current and potential relationships that impact multiple students, are taken into consideration and once class placement is determined, no changes will be made.   

Class placements for September 2023 can be found in the Parent Portal beginning the week of August 28th.  Please check the portal on or after this date to find this information.  
 

Please note that at times, HWDSB needs to reorganize classes in late fall. If this is to take place at our school, we will notify families in a timely manner.  

Lost & Found 

Please join us in reminding students to look at the items in the Lost & Found area to see if anything might be found! We will be donating all unclaimed items at the end of the year. 

The staff at Ancaster Meadow School wish to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our incredible students and to our volunteers, parents, and caregivers for their continuous support and partnership in our children’s education. We wish each family an enjoyable and relaxing summer, and we are looking forward to a great 2023-2024 school year!
