On Friday September 28th, Ancaster Meadow will be holding our annual Terry Fox Run. Students have been given pledge sheets and already have been collecting donations.

The grade 1-4’s will be in our back field celebrating everyone’s efforts from 11:30-1:00 pm. Our grades 5-8 students from 1:50-3:20.

This will be Ancaster Meadow’s 13th Terry Fox run. In that time, our students have raised almost $65,000.00. What a tremendous effort! Our goal this year is $3,000.00. I think we can make it.

The two classes that raise the most funds will win a pizza party like last year. Those individuals that raise the most money will be directly involved in some fun during our wrap up assembly in October.

If you would like to come and watch your son or daughter participate on September 28 you are more than welcome. Online pledges are also welcome. You can do this by going to the Terry Fox foundation website at www.terryfox.org  and follow the links to online pledges.
