Principal Update – Sept 14

Hello,

Ancaster Meadow is quickly moving into the daily routines that make up school life.  There are a number of activities both in and out of the classroom to keep students busy. Our 3-pitch teams have been busy getting ready for their tournaments this week.

Our first School Council (6:30pm) and Home & School (7:30pm) meetings will be held on Tues Sept 19th in the Library. I encourage any parent interest in learning more about the school to come out and be involved.

Please mark your calendar for the Meet the Teacher evening. It will be Thursday Oct 4 from 5-7pm.  It is a chance to meet your child’s teacher and discover more about the overall program offered in the classroom.

Our Home & School Association will be starting pizza will in October. Order information will be on the website for sign up as this date approaches.

The bus situation is always evolving; each day seems to be different. While the inaccurate delay information on the HWSTS website can be frustrating for both the school and parents, the school will post updates on Twitter @ancastermeadow
