The HWDSB Summer Reading Contest is for You!

WIN! One of four $25 Chapters/Indigo Gift Cards by borrowing and reading books from the eMAX eBook and eAudio Book collection over the summer (1 winner randomly selected from each: Primary, Junior/Intermediate, Secondary, and Staff)

WHEN? June 29 – August 31, 2018

HOW? You are AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED when you borrow an eMAX ebook or eAudio book over the summer

WHERE? Log in to eMAX (OverDrive) via TheHUB or using the OverDrive app.  Students use their OEN, staff use their StaffID.  See the eMAX instruction sheet or ask your Teacher Librarian for help.

WHO? Contest is open to HWDSB students and staff 

 The Fine Print

1. The Contest is open to HWDSB students and staff only.  Contest runs from June 29 – August 31, 2018.

2. Each participant must login with their 9 digit OEN number or 7 digit employee ID to check out books and / or audiobooks from eMAX.  (OENs are on report cards or available from your Teacher Librarian.)

3. Find eMAX via TheHUB, using the OverDrive app or go to hwdsb.lib.overdrive.com.

4. Parents / legal guardians of participating students are responsible for ensuring the reading / listening material selected by your student for the contents is appropriate.

5. Names of the students and staff  who borrow ebooks / eaudiobooks during the contest will be entered into a random draw.

6. One winner from each of the four categories: Primary, Junior/Intermediate, Senior and HWDSB Staff will be randomly drawn and will receive a $25 Chapters/Indigo gift card.  Winners will be notified at their school or work location by September 30, 2018.
