Expensive or Valuable Items

Many students are bringing valuables to school every day.  Parents and students should understand that the school cannot ensure the safety of these items.  We recommend that expensive or valuable items stay at home.  Valuable items can include Pokemon cards, fidgit spinners, iPads, cell phones, etc.

We understand that some of our older students carry phones for safety reasons and to be accessible to their parents after school hours. However, they have become a source of a few problems in the school, especially in the cases of phones with cameras and internet capabilities. We ask that if students do bring cell phones to school, they remain turned off and secured in their locker during instruction time. Students who may need to make a call during the school day can come to the office where we are happy to help facilitate the call.
