Water Testing for Lead Results

Dear Parents, Guardians and Caregivers

Recently, our school underwent water testing for lead, in accordance with the provincial regulations (O.Reg 243/07). As a result of this testing, a potential concern was identified within the school. As a precaution, one drinking water fountain was removed from service. The second test sample for this fountain has come back with acceptable levels and the fountain will return to service shortly after consulting with Public Health.
