Happy Mother’s Day to all our mothers and caregivers who were able to celebrate or be celebrated today.
Save the Date – June 17 – School Council will once again host an end-of-year BBQ and celebration for Winona families.  This year we have added some extra fun for our families, stay posted for further details. Grade 8’s will have the opportunity to join the celebration when they return from their end of year excursion. Be sure to mark your calendars.

Open House – The energy at last week’s Open House was incredible! Every corner of the event reflected the hard work and creativity of our students, and we could not be prouder of everything they have accomplished this year. A huge shout-out to our amazing educators and School Council for making this evening such a success!A reminder that every dollar raised from event sales (like pizza, raffles, and the book fair) goes right back to supporting our students. Thanks to your generosity, we have been able to purchase iPads, new Winona team jerseys, outdoor sports equipment, and fund exciting excursions, workshops, and guest visits.

Bomb Threat Drill – Each year, our school conducts a Bomb Threat Drill as part of our emergency preparedness. Like other safety protocols, students will receive an age-appropriate discussion beforehand to ensure they understand the procedure. Unlike other drills, there will be no alarms or bells—an announcement will signal students to evacuate to designated meeting areas.
