Progress Reports – Families will receive a printed copy of the Elementary Progress Report on Tuesday, November 18. These reports provide an update on your child’s progress toward meeting curriculum expectations in each subject. Parents and caregivers are also invited to discuss their child’s progress by attending a meeting in person, online or via a phone call. Classroom educators will contact families to schedule interviews.
Life-Threatening Allergies - Please be aware that students at our school have severe life-threatening food allergies to any food containing nuts. We request that you do not send any lunches or snacks containing nuts or nut products (e.g. nut butters, nutella).
Grade 6-8 Movie Da
y – The Winona Student Leaders will be hosting a movie day for Grades 6-8 (5/6 splits included) on November 20th, 2025. We are asking for snack and drink donations. If you are interested in donating, please make sure all snacks and drinks are pre-packaged, nut-free and not expired. We will need all the donations by November 17th. We thank you for taking the time to consider our request. All proceeds will go towards school initiatives.

We are looking to collect gently used sweaters, jackets, pants, boots/shoes, hats, mittens, scarves, etc. There will be boxes set up in the front foyer, starting tormorrow for students to drop off any donations in. These clothing items will be donated to students in need at Queen Victoria School.
