Winona Family-Educator Interviews

Dear Parents/Caregivers of Winona Elementary School,  

We will be holding Family-Educator Interviews at the school on Thursday, November 21st and Friday, November 22nd. We encourage all families to attend a progress meeting in-person or via MS Teams.  

This year again, you will be able to schedule your interviews using our online system.  

Please follow the instructions below. You will be able to schedule appointments beginning November 14th.  

Instructions  

1. Go to the Winona scheduling webpage at

https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]/bookings/ 

2. You will have two options.  Depending on class size, educators will be found on either the 10 minute or 15-minute schedule.

• • Parent/Guardian & Educator Interview – 10 

• • Parent/Guardian & Educator Interview – 15 

3. Click on the name of an educator with whom you wish to schedule an appointment
4. Click on an available time at which you wish to have your meeting
5. Add your details
6. Select in-person or online
7. Select Book

A confirmation email will be sent out. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled from this link if necessary.   

If you selected face-to-face, please arrive at the school allowing for enough time to be directed to your child’s classroom. 

For online appointments, the confirmation email will contain a Join your Appointment button.
