Winona Movie Night

Families are invited to join us on Friday, November 15, 2024.

Entry is free.  Bring your own snack or purchase snacks at the event.  Profits will support outdoor equipment for our students.

 

 

School-Based Communication – A reminder that we will continue to keep you informed through our website and school messenger emails.  Included on our school website is also our daily in-school announcement board.  Be sure to check this out in addition to the regular news posted each week.  As we use email regularly, it is important to keep your email address current and up to date. For those who would like to be notified when board and school news is posted on our website, we also recommend you subscribe.

Contact and Information Verification/Forms – If you have not already reviewed your child’s Student Information Verification and other items on the Parent Portal, we ask you to take a moment this week.  You can access these items by selecting “Forms” from the menu.  Please reach out to our office staff if you require support around revisions or updates.

  • Student Information Verification – Review and update your contact information, address, email, and emergency contacts.
  • Early Closure and Emergency Evacuation – Review and update your preferences in the event of a school closure.
  • Permission Agreements – Complete the digital tool permission form and annual media consent.

Getting Ready for High School – October 23 Virtual Information Session – HWDSB invites all Grade 7 and 8 students and families to a virtual system-wide presentation about the progression to secondary school!
