Wildcat Winterfest this Friday
A reminder of our upcoming event…
Winona School Council presents Wildcat Winterfest & Clothing Sale!
Clothing donations will be accepted until Friday morning.
Join us next Friday, December 8th from 5:00 pm- 8:00 pm for a winter-themed, after-school event centred on the love of reading. You can enjoy Winterfest stories and crafts, graffiti wall, scavenger hunt, outdoor sports, an exciting Wildcat Mystery, and some pizza and popcorn!
Be sure to check out the Winter Clothing Sale in the library. Families pay what they can. Suggested prices will range from $2-$25. Be sure to drop your pre-loved and ready-to-sell clothing donations in the school foyer before Thursday, December 7th. 100% of the funds raised go to Winona Elementary. Recycling clothing not only gives your garments a second life but also reduces garbage being sent to our landfills.
Families should plan for about an hour visit. Be sure to bring cash for food and clothing purchases!
