Pizza Day Clarification

Hello Westwood Community!

This past Tuesday, we had our first Pizza Day and overall, was well received by our students and families!

As we move forward, we would like to make a few suggestions to make the process easier for all involved, especially when we are trying to organize pizza for over 300 students.

Here are some helpful hints/tips:

• If you have multiple children in the school, please send money in individually for each child.  This will ensure that no student is missed.
• If you are sending in money for multiple days, please attach a note in the baggy to the classroom teacher so that they know you are purchasing up until a certain date.  This is extremely helpful in planning along with how many slices you are ordering each day.
• Please send in exact change.  Each pizza slice is $2.25 and we do not always have the ability to make change for families.  This will be a huge help.

Reminder:  Money can be sent in at any time during the week; however, it must be received by Friday @ 10:30am to guarantee pizza slices for the upcoming Tuesday.  If money is received after 10:30am on the Friday, then the money will be applied to pizza on a future pizza day.
