Welcome to the 2019-2020 School Year!
We hope our Westwood look forward to seeing everyone on the first day of school! In order to help your child’s first day of school start smoothly, homeroom teachers will meet their students in the following outdoor areas:
Kindergarten – Fenced play area
Grade 1-3 – Primary blacktop area
Grade 4-5 – Junior blacktop area
Teachers will have signs with their names and homeroom numbers on them as well as classlists to ensure students are in the right class. School support staff will also be available to assist students find their teacher and classmates. Just a friendly reminder that the first day of school for SK students will be on Wednesday September 4th.
We would also like to inform you that our school start and end times will remain the same (8:45 am, 3:05 pm). However, we have changed the times of our periods and nutrition breaks.
