Student Information Verification Forms in Parent Portal

Dear families,

Student Information Verification forms are now live in Parent Portal for families to access and make updates to phone numbers, emergency contacts, and medical information. The form does not allow families to make changes to custody or home addresses. Families are still required to contact schools directly to adjust these items. Please make sure to find some time to go through this to ensure all information is up to date. We want to ensure your child’s safety and having the most up to date information is pivotal in case of an emergency.
