We appreciate your partnership with us as we work together to serve your child. Included below are school news for October and November 2025.
School Council
Our next school council meeting will be held on Tuesday November 25 from 6:30-7:30pm, all families are welcome to attend. For more information you may also see https://www.hwdsb.on.ca/tiffanyhills/school-council/
School Cash Online
This is a reminder that Tiffany Hills is a cashless school, as such all payments for activities and orders will have to be made using School Cash Online. If you need assistance to sign up please contact the school.

Pizza Day and Snack Shack
Pizza day will begin on Wednesday October 22. Snack Shack will begin on Monday October 20th.
Students will receive their order(s) for nutrition break two, 1:15-1:55pm.
Photo Day
This year’s Photo Day is scheduled for October 30. There will also be a photo retake day on November 28 for students.
PA Day
Friday October 24th is a Professional Activity Day, there will be no school for students.
Reports
On November 18 Progress Reports will be sent home. If your child wrote the EQAO assessments in the last school year, their EQAO results will also be sent home when it is available.
Teacher- Families Interviews
This year interviews may be scheduled to meet educators on the evening of Thursday November 20th or during the day on Friday November 21st. More information will be sent home by educators in the coming weeks.
Vaccine Clinic
On November 26, there will be a vaccine clinic at the school, by Public Health Hamilton. The plan is to offer school-based vaccines (Meningitis, Hepatitis B and Human Papillomavirus) to grade 7 students and catch up any grade 8s who may have missed a dose this year while in grade 7.
Volunteers
Volunteers are important to our Tiffany Hills school community. There are several opportunities for volunteers to participate in at the school such as pizza day, field trips, reading buddies and more. We welcome volunteers all through the year.
