Parent Forms – Due by Wed. Sept. 15th

Dear Families,

What a wonderful start to the school year. The staff were so excited to meet all of our students this week. We are getting to know them with many planned wellness activities to build positive relationships over the next few weeks. 

At any time you have questions/concerns, please contact your child’s teacher. They are your first point of contact and are getting to know your child(ren) well. Attached is the HWDSB protocol for addressing concerns. Addressing-Concerns-HWDSB

Transportation- Unfortunately, at the start of each school year, buses are often late as the bus drivers and schools work through bus routines. Please know that your children are safe while waiting for their bus at the end of the day. At this time, buses have been up to 30 plus minutes late. If you have any bus concerns, please call HWDSB transportation or the school office.

Parent Forms: There are a number of forms that must be completed and returned to the school no later than Wed. Sept. 15h. These forms are found in your parent portal and are be completed for every child in your home attending Tiffany Hills. The forms that must be completed are available in various languages:

• Digital Tools Permission
• Internet Use and Photo Consent
• Media Consent Agreement
• Elementary: Nutrition Break Consent
• Student Information Verification & Emergency School Closure
