School Cash Online is the preferred method of payment for all HWDSB schools.   This method of payment will follow your child into High School, as cash is not accepted at Secondary Level.

Order forms and trip forms will still go home with the student and will need to be submitted to your child’s teacher with the school cash reference number written on the form.

Here’s How:

Step 1:  Go to the School Cash Online Website hwdsb.schoolcashonline.com

Step 2:  Select the “Register” or “Sign In” and following the steps

Step 3:  Record the reference # beside “Method of Payment” above

This is a secure way of making all payments for your children, ensuring no loss of money or orders.

They give multiple banking options including credit card.
