Reminder: May 27th – Orange Button day (may wear orange shirts)

Families are reminded that students may wear the Orange Button they purchased from HWDSB to mark the one year anniversary of the confirmation of graves at the Kamloops Residential School on May 28th, 2022. Buttons were designed and initiated by the HWDSB Indigenous student group CC:ROSE (Cultivating Community: Reclaiming Our Spaces in Education)

Students may also choose to wear an orange shirt, if they wish.
