False Fire Alarm – Sept 8 2022

Hello community,

Just before the end of day bell rang today, a fire alarm was activated.   We exited the building as we drill to do 6 times a year.  Staff followed the safe exit protocols efficiently.  The Hamilton Fire Department arrived at the school and cleared the building.  It was determined it was a false alarm.  I want to thank the staff and students for exiting the building in an orderly fashion.  I want to thank the parents and caregivers who were waiting at the end of day for their patience and understanding while we ensured student safety.
