Halloween 2021

Dear Families,

We will be allowing students to wear their costumes on Friday Oct 29 for Halloween if they choose to wear one.  As always, toy weapons of any kind should remain home if they are part of a costume.  In keeping with Ridgemount’s culture of respect, equity and belonging, costumes with offensive messaging or racist/prejudice meanings should not be worn.

This year, students can share treats with their classmates only.  Treats must not be home made and need to be individually packaged.  For example, mini chocolate bars or mini bags of chips.  Home made muffins, cookies, cupcakes ect even if individually wrapped are not acceptable.   In keeping with current HWDSB COVID protocols, there will be no parade this year.

Please contact Mr.Castellani if you have any questions.

Thanks.

M.Castellani

Principal
