Congratulations to Ridgemount Jr & Sr Bands at Bandfest 2019

This afternoon Ridgemount’s Junior and Senior Bands made their first appearance at Bandfest at Sherwood High School.  Students ranging from Grades 5 to 8 participated.  Each week the bands meet to rehearse in preparation for this event.  Adjudicators were thoroughly impressed with the level of maturity and skill level each student displayed.  In June, both bands will be traveling to Canada’s Wonderland to take part in the music festival there.  Stay tuned for more exciting news from our Music Program.  A specail thank you to Ms. Filipovic and Ms. Clarke for all of their leadership and efforts with our students !!  Thank you also to all of those parents/guardians and staff volunteers that supervised and attended the event.
