Welcome Back

Hello,

Thank you for subscribing to our website, it’s a great way to stay informed on the events and activities happening at QM. For the next few weeks we are focusing on community building in our classrooms and grade teams. It’s a fun time of getting to know each other and learning new routines. We have some new staff this year and I hope you will get to know them better quickly. Of note, we have a new Vice Principal, Mrs. Adler. I am grateful for her energy and kindness she brings with her each day and I know our families will too. News and Notes:

Pizza sales will be Tuesday and Thursday this year. Slices are $2.00 each or you can buy sheets of 11 tickets for $20. Milk will also be starting next week. Sheets of tickets are $11 for 10 tickets or $1.25 each.

Cell phones: Cell phones are a huge distraction and are not permitted in classrooms or hallways during instructional time (9-10:40, 11:20-1, 1:40-3:20). Please do not call your children during these times. If its an emergency please call our office at 905-547-0321.

Attendance: If your child is absent, please enter the absence in school messenger app or safe arrivals 844-506-4350. This helps reduce the number of calls that need to be made and ensures everyone knows our kids are safe. If possible, please remember that our hours are 9:00-3:20 and we would like to reduce the number of distractions in classrooms by having students arrive on time and stay until dismissal.
