Reminder – School Entry Protocols for a Safe and Secure Environment

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure learning environment for all students and staff, we kindly remind families that entry into the school building during school hours is not permitted unless previously arranged with school administration.

This protocol aligns with HWDSB’s Secure Schools Policy, which ensures that our building remains a safe space for learning and minimizes disruptions to instructional time.

If you need to drop off items or pick up your child early, please call the office or use the designated procedures at the front entrance. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our school community safe.
