I hope you all had a wonderful Winter Break!

Before the holidays, I reached out with some important information about immunization requirements for our students. If you didn’t get a chance to read that email or if you’d like a translated version from Hamilton Public Health, just follow the link below.

Sometimes, Public Health may need updated information, so don’t hesitate to give them a call to ensure everything is up to date.

Also, Mount Albion School isn’t sure who may have received a letter during the holidays. If you happen to get one, please make sure to reach out to Public Health before Friday, January 24th.

You can report your vaccinations to Hamilton Public Health Services using one of the options listed below.
