Music Notes
Our grade 1 to 8 choir is going amazingly well with over 80 members.  The choir is excitedly preparing for our first performance at the Remembrance Day assembly. Thank you to Ms Slater, Mme Gale and Mme Runco-Falco for their time and expertise. The older grades are beginning to learn about harmonizing. Exciting news! Grade 7 and 8 band will be have a first meeting on November 6th.  

Cross Country Team
A huge congratulations to our Cross Country Team who represented our school very well at the HWDSB Meet. Special mention to our grade 7 girls who won 1st place in their division. Many MJ lions placed  among the top 10 runners in races! Thanks to Mme Mizzi & Mme Smith, our coaches extraordinaire.

Parent / Caregiver & Teacher Interviews
Progress Reports have now been sent home.   Parent-Teacher Interviews will take place at the school on Thursday, November 1st from 3:15 – 8:00 pm and Friday, November 2nd from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, based on individual teacher schedules.

Remembrance Day Assembly
Students and staff will gather together on the afternoon of November 9th to recognize Remembrance Day.
