Chocolate Bar Fundraiser!

An excellent kick off assembly to our Chocolate Bar Fundraiser happened today!

Dear Michaëlle Jean Parents,

We are getting an early start to our fundraising this year.  The early start makes it easier for everyone to sell, and it will ensure we have the funds we need right away.  Our annual chocolate bar sale is our most lucrative fundraising initiative. We depend on this fundraiser to enhance supports for our students, specifically in the areas of: Learning Commons Furniture, Technology, and our new Music Program!

This year we will again be selling a peanut free assortment of Laura Secord Chocolates.  The carry boxes contain thirty items including: Pure Milk Chocolate Bars, Milk Chocolate with French Mint, Milk Chocolate with Crisp Rice Bars, Milk Chocolate with Caramel and Sea Salt Bites, and Milk Chocolate with Creamy Maple Bites.  Each Item sells for $3.00

 The Chocolate will be sent home on September 28^th with each student who has returned the attached permission slip. Our Sale will run until October 22^nd.  Please return $90.00 for your box as soon as your chocolates are sold, or return any bars you are unable to sell so someone else can sell them.  Additional boxes will be given out upon request when $90.00 has been returned for the first box.  Please label your envelopes clearly with your child’s name when sending in money. We would prefer large bills or cheques whenever possible.

Our Students will have a chance to win some great prizes.  The focus of our Fundraiser will be to enhance various learning areas within the school as well as to benefit the needs of our students in their learning environments.  Good Luck with your fundraising efforts.  We can’t do it without you and all funds raised make learning in our school a better place for our children.
