News and Notes – April 11

Hello Lake Ave Families!

The calander may say it’s Spring but it seems we are having trouble shaking off winter. I’m sure we are all looking forward to sunnier, warmer days ahead. We are getting closer to Earth Day and our staff are planning lessons and events to celebrate and learn more about the importance of our Earth and caring for the environment. As we change seasons and celebrate new growth, it’s a good time to be reminded our obligations to care for this land.

For those of you who will be celebrating Easter next weekend, we wish you a happy celebrations and hope you enjoy time with family and friends!
