News and Notes – May 17, 2024

Hello Lake Avenue Families,

There was lots of activity in our school both in our academics and extra curricular events. It was a joy to welcome new families and returning families at our Welcome To Kindergarten open house. So many happy and confident little friends! We look forward to seeing our new students in September.

We have many trips and events coming up in the last few weeks left of school. It is always a fun time for our students but also a very tiring time for many. Remember to get lots of sleep and start with a good breakfast whenever possible.

May 20 – Victoria Day (no school)

May 21 – jr class trip

May 22 – Jr girls soccer tournament

May 23 – jr class trip

May 24 – Fancy Dress Day

May 24- Grade 7 trip
