Thank you to all the families that came out to the Open House on Thursday! The weather co-operated and it was a beautiful evening to visit with friends, teachers and see classrooms.

Parents when dropping off your child in the morning, please use the Kiss and Ride in the parking lot. It is dangerous to cross students in the street.

We will also be having our 2^nd Lockdown practice on Wednesday, May 2^nd at 10:00 am. This is a rehearsal so staff and students know how to respond appropriately in the event of a real emergency. If you have any questions feel free to contact the office.

UPCOMING…..

Kindergarten: Registration for Kindergarten has started. If you have a child who was born in 2014 they are eligible to register for JK. Children born in 2013 that are not already attending Earl Kitchener are eligible to register for SK. Registration forms are available on our website as well as in the office. You will need 2 pieces of ID when registering (proof of birth and proof of address). If you are unsure of what forms of ID are acceptable, please feel free to contact the office. The best time to register for Kindergarten is between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

We will be having a Welcome to Kindergarten night on Thursday, May 17^th from 6-7 p.m. for students new to Kindergarten and their parents/guardians.

Friday, May 11^th:  Pizza Day, Team Spirit/Wear a Jersey Day
