Milk, Pizza, and Cheese Forms

Please be advised that Milk, Pizza, and Cheese order forms were sent home today with students. Completed forms with payment are due by Monday, October 5^th. Please watch for this in your child’s backpack.

Meet the Teacher POSTPONED

As you may have heard in our local media, our elementary teachers are currently in contract discussions with the Ministry of Education and have announce Phase 2 of their strike action. This means teachers will not participate in “Meet the Teacher” nights held outside the school day. At this time, we will be postponing our “Meet the Teacher” night until a later date. We understand the difficulty this presents for our staff and acknowledge the great work our teachers do every day in our schools.

Picture Day

As you are aware, we have two (2) Picture Days scheduled. There will be a slight change this year. The first picture day on Wednesday, October 14^th will be for individual student photos. Respectively, the second picture day on Friday, November 13^th will be the class pictures including teachers, as well as any students who were missed, or wish retakes.

Rainy Days for Kindergarten Children

Only on rainy days, we are kindly asking parents to please send your Kindergarten children to either the front or back middle doors upon entry. Teachers and DECE’s will be inside the doors to receive and direct them to their respective classes.

Student Information Packages, and Student Information Verification Forms

If you haven’t already done so, please be sure to complete and return the “Student Information Packages”, as well as the “Student Information Verification” forms. Each of these forms needs to be returned as soon as possible to ensure all of our information is correct. We thank you, in advance.
