Earl Kitchener Spirit Wear

Breaking news!  This year we are selling special 100th anniversary items:  T-shirts, hoodies, ball caps, and picnic blankets.  We are hoping to have samples ready to try on for sizes for the week after Easter Break.  We will have a table set up in the back playground from 8:35 a.m. – 8:50 a.m. from Tuesday, April 7th to Friday, April 10th if parents want to check sizes; we will also have measurements posted online.  Order forms will be sent home with students on Tuesday, April 7th and can be returned to their teachers.  (Copies of order forms will also be available at the try-on table.) Go Earl Kitchener Go!

Kirkendall Neighbourhood Food Drive

Once again, the Kirkendall Neighbourhood Food Drive is coming up on Saturday, May 2nd and they are looking for our help.  To support the food drive, Earl Kitchener will be holding a mini food drive within the next two weeks.  As a result, a couple of Mission Services food barrels will be placed at the school where food donations can be dropped off.  On Wednesday, April 1st, Mission Services will come and pick up the barrels, weigh them, and let us know how many pounds of food were collected by Earl Kitchener.  Your food donation would be greatly appreciated!

Have a great (short) week!
