Pets on School Property
With the sunny skies and decent temperatures, we tend to be outside as much as we can…and that includes taking walks with our pets. Just a reminder that dogs are not permitted on school property between 8:15 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. And please be mindful that there are some children and adults in our community that are very afraid of dogs. We ask your cooperation in this matter by leaving your pets at home during this time.
Lost and Found
The Lost and Found is full to overflowing with coats, sweatshirts, sweaters, pants, hats, and mitts. Please have your children check the lost and found for any missing items. And due to fire regulations, we cannot have more than the one small box located outside of the main office for a Lost and Found, and it cannot be overflowing onto the floor. As a result, this Friday, November 14th, our Lost and Found volunteer will be gathering up any items that are left and taking them to be donated to the Good Shepherd. So please remember to label your child’s belongings as the lost and found box will be reviewed every few days to return labelled items to your child’s classroom. Thank you for your assistance.
EK100 CD Update
Steve Pitkin is still on tour overseas but extends his congratulations with the CD funding campaign so far. We would like to stress, however, that the fund is still a little short of paying for the CD’s creation, let alone generating the extra funds intended for the school.
