Dundana Open House – Thursday May 5

This is just a reminder that Dundana will be hosting our Spring Open House on Thursday May 5 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.   Here is what you can look forward to:

• Educators will be out on the playground to say hello
• Your child can take you on a tour of their classroom
• School Council pizza sale on the playground (pre-order now closed in School Cash Online, a limited amount will be available for cash-only sale on site)
• Scholastic Book Fair in gym (credit, debit or cash….the cash line always moves a little faster!)
• Storytime Trail behind the school – check out the book On the Trapline !
• Gently used children’s book donation cart – if you have gently used children’s books, feel free to deposit them in the donation boxes on the playground. We’ll be collecting throughout May and will plan a new-to-you distribution back to Dundana students in June for some summer reading
• Dundana outdoor art show – along the fence line surrounding the main and kindergarten playgrounds

We are looking forward to seeing many of our Dundana families back at the school.  Please ensure you have passed the daily screener and have followed its recommendations before deciding to attend to help us keep everyone at the event safe to attend.
