Lockdown Drill at Dundana

Every year, schools are required to complete two lockdown drills during school hours.

During our time of current COVID protocols, the procedure has been adjusted slightly.  During the drill, students will remain physically distanced from one another.  In the case of an actual emergency, the protocol would be followed using the original guidelines.

Dundana’s term 2 lockdown drill is planned for Wednesday, April 20 at 12:40 p.m.  During the drill, no entry or exit will be permitted from the school.  The drill is expected to take approximately 15 minutes.  While schools are permitted to have support from Hamilton Police during lockdown drills, no police presence is expected for this particular drill.
