Safe Travels Around Dundana

As the weather begins to change, more families are choosing to drive children to and from school.  Dundana Avenue is quite narrow and has limited parking available.  Please be careful when driving to ensure it is safe for students and families to cross the road.  Please be aware of our no parking zone due to bus parking all along the front of the school and past the second driveway.

If you are choosing to use the small parking lot on the side of the school, please be aware that families may be using it for pick up of students and drive carefully.  As well, that parking lot exit may be blocked by buses at the end of the day, so be patient when entering and exiting.

We strongly encourage families to walk, ride bikes or park a safe distance from the school and walk their child safely in and out whenever possible.  The fresh air and exercise can be helpful for our student minds and bodies as we prepare for learning as well.

Please be aware that City By-Law officers may monitor Dundana Avenue for safe travels and parking, particularly during student drop off and pick up times.
