Student Item Pick and Return Schedule – June 28 and 29

A reminder to all families that the schedule attached here advises you on the final opportunities this school year to pick up personal student items from Dundana and to drop off any items belonging to the school, such as ipads, chargers, ukeleles, library or school books.

We are all required to follow board-provided protocols during this process.  If you are coming to the school, please be advised that:

  • masks need to be worn
  • all visitors must have passed the health screener on day of visit – no electronic or paper submission is required but a staff member will ask if you meet the criteria
  • distancing of at least 2 m from all non-family members is required
  • no gathering or loitering on school grounds by any of the visitors.  Once you have/have returned your items please leave the school grounds.
  • if there are a number of families waiting, please follow the line up supports provided to maintain distancing.  Staff will be on hand to help you with this.

At Dundana, our pick up and drop off procedures will occur outside.  Visitors (students, family members) will not be coming into the school.  Instead, staff members will greet you at the door, retrieve items and bring them out to you (or take your returning items from you).
